Varietal Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, certified organic in conversion
Harvest: Machine harvested 20 February 2016
Fermentation/Oak: Tank fermented, with 30% of wine run off to French oak barrels (40% new) for part of fermentation, then returned to tank.
Bottling Date: 25 August 2016
Alcohol: 13.5%
Production: 540 dozen

Tasting Notes:
Brightly fruity aromas of stonefruit, guava and passionfruit. The fresh clean palate, mid palate flavours of melon and zippy mineral acidity make this a well balanced, refreshing and easy drinking wine.
