Varietal Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, certified organic
Harvest: Machine harvested 21 March 2017
Fermentation/Oak: Tank fermented, with 30% of wine run off to French oak barrels (40% new) to complete fermentation, then returned to tank. On lees for 3 months.
Bottling Date: 26 October 2017
Alcohol: 13.1%
Production: 210 dozen

Tasting Notes:

Ripe and exotic aromas of nectarine, guava, passionfruit and a hint of lime. The palate is generous and flavoursome, while remaining light and juicy. The wine finishes clean with a chalky mineral acidity
