Original tasting notes: This light bodied dessert wine has a beautiful bouquet of lime marmalade, lemon butter and honeysuckle, with hints of botrytis. It is rich and sweet with great intensity to the flavours but still bright with a refreshing and balancing acid finish.
Museum tasting notes: A beautifully rich golden colour, this 11 year old Botrytis has dried pear and apricot characters on the nose. Well balanced with honeycomb characteristics and a touch of citrus acidity and orange rind, it’s surprisingly light on the palate given its age.
