A lot of life in this in 8 year old Crémant. Fine mouse with clean integrated acid and green apple notes leads into mature characters of brasil nut and biscuit with a fresh, rich finish.
The colour has remained a bright pale gold. A gentle nose which has developed mature cheese platter characters with fresh remnants of nectarine. A fresh, soft palate is ripening well with age.
Aging superbly, it’s retained its bright red colour and vibrancy. Fresh nose and violet pastille fruits with a unique Margaret River personality. Smooth and supple, it has a nicely developed dark fruit intensity.
Soft rich nose showing plenty of fruit. Palate has fine young tannins with characteristics of mulberry and umami. Beautiful structure lends itself to further aging if desired.
Nose is showing good structural characters and plenty of fruit. Palate is juicy with notes of plum and well balanced with fine grained tannins. Beautiful wine with potential to age further.
A beautifully rich golden colour, this 11 year old Botrytis has dried pear and apricot characters on the nose. Well balanced with honeycomb characteristics and a touch of citrus acidity and orange rind, it’s surprisingly light on the palate given its age.
