Original tasting notes: The wine is soft and elegant with typical dark Stormflower characters. Ageing pre-release has allowed the highly scented aromas of red fruits, earthy truffle notes and subtle oak to have full expression. The palate structure is balanced, slightly fleshy and complemented by smooth soft oak, ripe tannins and beautiful fruit. This is a classic Wilyabrup Cabernet from another outstanding season in Margaret River. Drink now and over the next 10+ years. 

Museum tasting notes: This cabernet has settled well and developed depth and complexity. Smokey on the nose and soft on the palate with savoury characteristics. It is drinking beautifully.
