The flavours apparent on the nose are reflected on the palate, with a wonderful combination of textures and complex flavours: a powerful focus of fruit, a perfect balance of oak, and a refined chalky acid finish. This is an open and complex expression of classic Margaret River Chardonnay from an outstanding season.
Museum tasting notes: Aromas of citrus rind, the charry notes from the oak remain. Palate has developed richness and a savoury, salted caramel popcorn flavour.
