Original tasting notes: The three varietals were fermented separately before selecting the optimal blend. Gentle but full aromas of limoncello, green apple and nectarine. The palate is succulent and complex, driven by lime, stone fruit and guava and followed by hints of oak and a refreshing acidity.
Museum tasting notes: Still a fresh vibrant nose, and the palate has maintained it’s acidity. Toasted semillon characteristics have developed nicely.
