Original tasting notes: Deep crimson red with purple hues. Earthy fruit characters of dark berries with deeply ingrained black pepper spice lined with well integrated smooth French oak. A medium to full bodied palate with a very focused and intense deep dark fruit profile and a spicy lift. The good concentration of fine, well ripened tannin is complemented with the charry style of French oak. The finish is long and savoury.
Museum tasting notes: Remains young and fresh, and has developed beautiful warm black berry jam notes.
